General Terms and Conditions of Sale

This rental is made under the ordinary and legal conditions in such matter and in particular to those below which the lessee undertakes to carry out, under penalty of all damages and even termination of the present contract, if the lessor so wishes and without being able to claim the reduction of the rent.

a) Arrival times are normally scheduled on the afternoon arrival day from 16:00 hrs (any arrival after 21:00 hrs at the accommodation or on Sundays and public holidays, an additional 30 € flat rate will be charged on arrival)

Departure times are normally scheduled on the morning departure day until 10:00 a. m.

b) It is agreed that in the event of withdrawal of the user :

Hosting services provided on a given date or at a given frequency do not fall within the scope of the 7-day withdrawal period applied by the Consumer Code. The purchase of such services is evidenced by the payment of a deposit. Once this payment has been made, it can no longer be refunded. The customer is nevertheless entitled to cancel his service at any time by accepting the cancellation conditions indicated below.

Cancellations must be made by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt. The day of cancellation will be the day on which the landlord receives the mail.

In the event that the lessee cancels the rental of the accommodation, the following provisions apply according to the time between the day of cancellation and the scheduled departure date:

30 days and more before the scheduled departure date – the deposit is not refunded to the lessee

between 15 and 29 days before the planned departure date – 40 % of the amount of the benefit is refunded to the policyholder.

between 14 and 8 days before the scheduled departure date – 20% of the benefit amount is refunded to the policyholder

between 0 and 7 days before the scheduled departure date – no refund of the sums paid is made

c) If a delay of more than four days in relation to the expected date of arrival has not been reported by the lessee, the lessor may rightfully try to re-let the accommodation, while retaining the right to turn against the lessee.
d) The lessee undertakes to occupy the premises personally, to live in them “as a good father” and to maintain them. All the installations are in working order and any complaint concerning them occurring more than 24 hours after the entry into use of the premises, will not be admitted. Repairs made necessary by negligence or bad maintenance during the rental period will be at the expense of the lessee. The lessee undertakes to ensure that the quietness of the neighbourhood is not disturbed by the lessee or his family.
e) The premises are rented furnished with kitchen equipment, crockery, glassware, blankets and pillows, as described in the attached descriptive statement. If necessary, the owner or his representative will be entitled to claim from the lessee upon departure, the total value at replacement price of broken, cracked, chipped or damaged objects, furniture or equipment and those whose wear and tear exceeds the normal value for the duration of the rental period, if any, shall be paid by the lessor or his representative.
f) The lessee undertakes to take out a holiday insurance policy and give the lessor a copy of the certificate before his arrival

The landlord undertakes to insure the dwelling against the rental risks on behalf of the tenant, the latter having the obligation to notify him, within 24 hours, of any incident occurring in the dwelling, its outbuildings or accessories.

g) The material deposit must be paid by cheque. It will be returned 15 days maximum after the day of departure of the tenant except in case of withholding. Cleaning is to be paid upon arrival in the villa
(h) The lessee may not object to the inspection of the premises when the owner or his representative so requests.
i) any construction work in the vicinity shall in no case be the responsibility of the lessor,

j) The lessee undertakes to respect the number of persons provided for in the contract, if however an additional person must come to the villa during the stay, the owner must be informed beforehand and give his agreement. An additional fee of 20 € per day per person can be charged.

k) For any payment (CB, foreign bank transfer…) bank charges will be charged to the customer
l) No party or event shall be organized in the villa, under penalty of deposit collection, expulsion and damages.
